Background, credentials, and approach.
Kurtis Aleksandre established the firm to serve as a primary point of contact for clients navigating the legal complexities of their personal and professional lives. His approach is built on the reality that legal issues rarely exist in isolation; a real estate transaction, an estate plan, and the structure of a small business are often parts of the same financial picture.
Kurtis holds a Juris Doctor from Western University and an MBA from the Ivey Business School, where he was named Valedictorian. Prior to law, he worked in finance and wealth management. This dual background in law and business provides the technical bandwidth to manage varied legal requirements with a focus on clear, actionable outcomes. Whether acting as counsel for a first-time homebuyer or advising a business owner on corporate matters, the work is defined by precision and practical logic.
Kurtis coaches the Western Mustangs Men’s Varsity Tennis Team. He holds the rare distinction of being a Canadian University National Champion as both a player and a coach.
